PepsiCo Foods Canada is planning capital upgrades at its Frito Lay plant in Kentville. The company plans to buy new equipment, such as energy-efficient fryers and heat recovery equipment to improve productivity. Source: BBC Nasa’s Orbiting Carbon Observatory (OCO-2) has returned its first global maps of the greenhouse gas CO2.The satellite was sent up in July to help pinpoint the key locations on the Earth’s surface where carbon dioxide is being emitted and absorbed. ½ bottle red wine
1 cinnamon stick
2 star anise
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1¾oz brown sugar
Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan or slow cooker and simmer gently for 6-8 minutes, without boiling. To serve, pour the mulled wine into heatproof glasses.
